YDNotes #8 A Guide to Self Improvement Part 1 (Read this Nerds)

It's been a while since I've done a YDNote so let's dive right in..
Alright so let me guess, your an Lame,Nerd, Otaku, Geek whatever people going by in 2016 (Yea I'm saying 2016 because we only have a Week left in 2015) and your having a hard time trying talk to the females so guess what your in luck.. I'm starting a little step by step guide on how to get your points up from physical, Mental all the way to psychology went it comes to speaking to women and gonna get into crazy detail so your not gonna want to miss this blog topic.


Physical
So I don't wanna waste time but let's get to the point.. The first category we're gonna start with is Physical.. Meaning what's your body looking like. If your overweight it's time to cut down on the Doritos (wane away from Carbohydrates) or make a substitution to a different snack (Fruits or Vegetables). Or if your having a hard time giving it up do a google search on Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA for short..

CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a Soft Gel that actually helps with cutting down weight and keeping muscle you just have to take 2 before you start eating a meal (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) and drink a least a gallon of water a day your good to go.. I Recommend this product because its very safe, it's also found in Dairy and Meat Products and I consider it a natural supplement. I also recommend Natural supplements like Tumeric or Curcumin (which is a herbal supplement found it Mustard which increases testosterone naturally which leads to fat burn. And Arginine(A Natural Nitric Oxide) that gives you an energy boost for workout..

Now for workouts let's start simple like push-ups What I Recommend is Downloading a Push-up all for your smartphone or Tablet (Trust me they have one for this day and era) and just follow the routine from there.
If you don't know how to do a push up; Lie prone on the ground with hands placed as wide or slightly wider than shoulder width. Keeping the body straight, lower body to the ground by bending arms at the elbows. Raise body up off the ground by extending the arms. Repeat.) If it's your first time, Try to aim for 5 sets of 5-10 reps with 30 second rest between each set (5-10 Reps=Rest 30 seconds Repeat until 5 Sets are finished) for a schedule of 3 times a Week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) while increase reps by 5 into the next week with water for a beverage and listen to your favorite music for motivation or something with a fast tempo.
Next is Walking/Running, try walking around your neighborhood for starters for at least 30mins to an 1hr Repeat this every week or if you go to the gym run on a treadmill for 10mins to 100 calories with a incline of 3.0(For starters) (If you can't then at least keep moving around.)

Now Physical plays a heavy part in self improvement because getting in shape in General increases your self esteem, discipline and Confidence to talk to Females. So first start with Physical and before you move on to the next part (Physical is not a problem for you, then stick around because we're gonna dive into Mental!!)
