Ever wake up in the negative and want to get the most out of your day? Well here are some great tips to get you goin into a better mood..

1.Listen to music

Nothing crazy start with something real mellow and work your way to something upbeat!! Use YouTube to find great music to listen to.

2. Clean up

Cleaning up while playing music in the background is the best way to get your moving and feeling better about your surroundings. You can start with something simple like making your bed to cleaning up the kitchen.

3. Meditate

Nothing hard about this, just sit down for a minute and take a four second deep breath then exhale.. Close your eyes if you want to. This should help you get rid of all the negative thoughts so you can start anew..

4. Workout!

Get up do some push ups, pull-ups and sit ups or even lift some weights to get your energetic to start your day.



5.Take a cold shower (Not for the faint heart)

Some people aren't ready to cross this bridge but taking a cold shower is actually benefiting to the human body. The shower will actually get rid of the negative energy similar to meditating, and give you body a silky vibrant feel.. (no homo)

6. Eat a Healthy Breakfast

Food that keeps you energetic is like a healthy bowl of oatmeal/cereal or fruit will keep you feeling right. Make sure you eat something well balance to keep good energy.
